When should I consider Psychotherapy?

1. You feel overwhelmed 过压

A state of being unable to rest, characterized by racing thoughts, rapid breathing, chest tightness, sleep disturbances, and other symptoms.
无法停止休息的状态,出现无法停止思考、呼吸急促、胸闷、睡眠障碍等状况

2. You are always anxious and experience intrusive thoughts 焦虑不安

When worry or anxious takes up a significant part of your day or causes physical symptoms

5. You feel emotion distress 受情绪的困扰

Persistent emotional distress leads to inner pain, or a sense of “living within emotions”, with difficulty in settling emotions as before. At times, sudden overwhelming emotions can be frightening and disorienting, deviating from one’s usual self.
长期的情绪困扰导致内心的痛苦,或也会体验到有种“活在情绪里面”的感觉,或者近期无法像以前那样安顿情绪,有时会被自己突如其来的情绪吓到,不知所措,不像平常的自己。

6. You experience feeling of depressive, persistent fatigue, social withdrawal 忧郁,累,社交回避

Feeling frequently depressed, tired, constantly fatigued no matter how much you sleep, lacking motivation to complete daily tasks, avoiding social interactions, and not wanting to go out.
